As Sumit Gogia, General Manager, of Four Points By Sheraton New Delhi quoted “I am really excited and looking forward to this exquisite food extravaganza as it’s one of its kind that we are hosting for the first time”.
We would like to take you back to that time and make you experience the rare delicacies of forgotten recipes, which have been somehow preserved and nurtured over the years and passed on to generations. We would like to take the opportunity to thank Vickrham’s maternal grandparents as from them he learned these rare delicacies.
We at Desi Connoisseurs, populate and promote regional cuisines of India and food which comes from our homes.
Our belief lies in promoting and popularizing the heritage through food not only in India but across the globe.
Dawat-e-dastan is not only a festival but an emotional journey for both VickrhamVicky and Maneesh Srivastava, who are the brains behind Desi Connoisseurs. They along with our Executive Chef Naresh Kharbhanda have worked hard to relive those gone by years and have tried to bring the same essence for you.
